Our research is devoted towards innovative, energy-efficient, and sustainable catalytic systems by rational design and combination of boron catalysis, reticular materials, photochemistry, and electrochemistry. Our initial research efforts will focus on the following aspects:
1. Boron-based molecular catalyst and photosensitizer
2. Reticular materials (MOF&COF) featuring boron active center
3. Electroreductive small molecular activation
4. Photoinduced chemical transformations
Expectedly, our research endeavors and results may provide new insights in and solutions to important challenges in chemistry including but not limited to N2 reduction, solar energy utilization, and green synthesis.
